We’re Itch, and we’re hunting for a relationship-driven sales legend who can talk timber, charm a landscaper, and make an architect say, “Yeah, let’s run with that.”

This role’s all about building trust, not banging the phones. You’ll be the face of a WA-based family business supplying high-end outdoor building products — and they’re killing it.

Growing fast, respected across the industry, and proud of the kind of service that only comes from actually giving a damn.

If you can back up the banter with technical know-how (or the willingness to learn), this one’s worth a closer look.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working with people who build things — from installers and architects to builders and landscapers
• Getting spec’d on juicy commercial and mining projects
• Running engaging product presentations (no death by PowerPoint here)
• Supporting the sales team with quotes, tech advice and site visits
• Using Cordell to sniff out projects before they hit the mainstream
• Keeping our CRM sharp (ActiveCampaign — don’t worry, we’ll train you)
• Doubling our installer network in year one (big goal, but doable)

Who you are:

• Someone people trust, like, and remember
• A solid communicator, whether on-site or in a spec doc
• You’ve worked in sales, estimating or on the tools
• You know your way around timber and composite products (or keen to learn)
• Based in WA and happy to take the odd flight east when needed
