KPR is a national labour hire and recruitment agency located in Alexandria. we are searching for a permanent person to take control of the credit control part of our business

This position is responsible for the collection of overdue and delinquent accounts in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will play a pivotal role in the collection of payments, managing credit risk, and contributing to an improved cashflow.

Your core responsibilities will be:

Manage the credit function including a ledger of smaller and major accounts

Lead end to end credit, collections and debt management activities

Implement new strategies to increase efficiencies

Negotiate contracts, payment terms and undertake conflict resolution to ensure ideal outcomes

Conduct continuous due diligence on credit processes

Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Analyse and provide accurate creditors and debtors reporting

Ensuring that outstanding amounts are collected

Ability to build long lasting relationships

Deal with escalations and enquiries

Setting credit limits / account holds / invoicing terms

Timely generation on month end and weekly reports

Experienced in a credit position

Able to deal with escalated issues efficiently

Strong decision making and stakeholder relationship management skills

Highly proficient in relevant laws, regulations and best practice

High level of communication ability

High level interpersonal and time management skills

Strong negotiation skills

Attention to detail, initiative and ability to lead and motivate

To be successful in this role you will be required to have a proven credit/collections background in a busy, fast paced role. You must be firm but have a pleasant demeanor. The most important aspect is that you are great at building relationships, not just with our clients but also our team.
