About us

The Mulberry Group is a Melbourne-based hospitality group founded in 2011 by Nathan Toleman. Since then The Mulberry Group has opened venues including Hazel, Dessous, Liminal, Lilac Wine, Heide Kitchen, Square One Coffee Roasters, Molli and Lt. Molli, and our regenerative agricultural farm and charity, Common Ground Project. Across our venues, we now have a team of over 180 amazing people, and counting.

Our mission is to create authentic experiences so that we can support our community through positive social and environmental impact.

Liminal is a bustling cafe nestled in the atrium of 161 Collins Street. Home to a fresh, seasonal menu (including ingredients from Common Ground Project) paired with coffee and sweet treats made in-house.

About the roles

As a Section Waiter reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:

About you

We are looking for someone with:

A genuine passion for food, coffee and hospitality

The ability to work in a fast-paced cafe environment

A warm & friendly attitude

The ability to multi-task & prioritise

Great communication skills

The ability to work Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday

The ability for 20–30hrs per week
