Bistro Rex is a One Hat French Bistro in the heart of vibrant Potts Point (only 5 mins walk from Kings Cross Station)

We are a sophisticated Sydney take on a Parisian Bistro. Seriously fun!

We are passionate about utilising Australia’s finest produce.

Our talented chefs create modern European dishes and French Bistro favourites!

Open 7 days: Mon - Sun Dinner, Thur - Sun Lunch.

We are looking for highly qualified section waiters with good wine knowledge to join our dynamic team!

You will not only run a section but also;
Support our management team by giving our guests an experience they will never forget!
Work with our chefs to ensure the food is explained in detail and served to the guests perfectly.

Our ideal candidate will have a background in high-quality a la carte dining:

- Be a clear communicator. Fluent English is necessary.
- Have the ability to multi-task.
- Have a current RSA certificate.
- Have genuine enthusiasm and engage with guests confidently.
- Be self-motivated and be able to move quickly when it gets busy!
- Ensuring up-to-date menu knowledge including beverages/wine

- Learn and grow with the team (Ongoing staff training offered)

- Be punctual with outstanding personal presentation
- Career-focused hospitality professionals.

-Minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Please do NOT send your resume if you have NO experience running a section of at least 6-8 tables effectively.
