Qualifications & experience

Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist, motivate and develop a diverse warehouse team.

A team player, friendly and professional always with a positive can-do attitude to work with our great team.

Current MR driver licence and advantage with HIAB experience as a fill in driver when required.

Forklift Ticket required!

High competence with moving structural steel and have a high degree of skill with a forklift.

White Card required!

Tasks & responsibilities

This role entails all aspects of warehouse operations, encompassing inventory management, logistics coordination, and order processing, picking, and packing.

Assist the warehouse team by offering guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established procedures is followed.

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stocktaking and promptly reconcile discrepancies.

Oversee the fulfilment process of all sales orders, ensuring accurate and efficient dispatch.

Report on warehouse stock movements ensuring all stock is properly accounted for.

Collaborate with the warehouse manager to develop and optimise warehouse procedures, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing innovative solutions.

Comply with the training and development of all warehouse staff, fostering a positive team culture and promoting continuous growth & support.
