About the role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team at James Kitchens' in Arundel, Queensland. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our busy warehousing and distribution facility. This is a full-time position, offering the chance to develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing

Receiving and unloading incoming stock deliveries

Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Maintaining stock levels and inventory controls

Organising and optimising storage and warehouse layouts

Assisting with the operation of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts

Adhering to all health, safety, and quality procedures

Collaborating with the wider logistics and customer service teams

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehousing, distribution, or logistics role preferred by not essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to problem-solving
