About the role:

As the Project Advisor (Procurement), you will provide dedicated support in the preparation of procurement documentation and effective contract management for a major infrastructure project shaping the lives of Queenslanders.

This role is based on the Sunshine Coast for 12 months (with possible extension).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement documents including Invitations to Tender, Requests for Quote, Procurement Plans, Evaluation Plans, and Key Performance Indicators.
• Manage incoming tender correspondence, queries, and support evaluation processes.
• Prepare and finalise contract award documentation.
• Support supplier performance and contract management activities to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Build and maintain effective relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and information systems.

About You:

• Knowledge and experience with Queensland Government procurement policies and processes (highly desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
