Our client is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Consultants to join their dynamic team. This role is based in the bustling Melbourne CBD and offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service within a call centre environment!
- Melbourne CBD location
- June 10th start date, contract until March 2026
- Hybrid working - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH

What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Answering inbound calls from customers regarding their insurance policies
- Assist them in making changes to their policies, renewing their policies, and answering any general insurance questions they may have
- Ensure that every interaction is handled efficiently and effectively, always adhering to relevant laws, regulations, and policies
- Providing a strong customer experience
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Consultant role will bring strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a robust work ethic. Experience in a call centre environment would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided. Knowledge of insurance policies would also be advantageous.
- Experience working in a customer-based role is essential (Retail, Hospitality or Call Centre)
- Experience in a call centre environment is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to adhere strictly to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
