Business Analyst

• $750 - $850 + Super per day

An exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst has become available working within a sought-after government department! With a high rate and long contract length!

Your Role:

As the Business Analyst your role of will be working across a large transformation program focusing on workforce management and the implemenation of Dayforce.

Your role will be across moving away from several legacy HR systems in recruitment, learning management, talent, payroll etc to a single integrated HCM system on the Dayforce platform (previously Ceridian).

Your Duties:

• You can learn a new domain very quickly and teach aspects of the domain problem and solution to stakeholders
• You will plan and organise to ensure the timely completion of tasks and manage conflicting priorities
• You will be across workforce management including schedules, rosters, time and attendance and be able to look at how those rules work together
• You will map requirements, users stories, and map to test cases
• You will engage and negoitate with stakeholders

Your Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3 years+ experience in Business Analysis methods on projects and initiatives varying in size, complexity, ambiguity and abstraction
• HCM implementation experience
• Dayforce/Ceridian experience would be advantageous
• You will be experienced/have exposure to workforce management such as - schedules and rosters, time and attendance
• Experience with industry standard business analysis frameworks, methods, tools and techniques
