About the Role:
Step into the spotlight at our flagship store within the Melbourne CBD, and lead the charge at one of the busiest and most dynamic locations! This isn’t your typical retail gig—think fast-paced, energetic, and all about connection. As Store Manager, you'll be guiding a passionate team, leading from the front in delivering high customer service and providing high-touch service that turns every shopping trip into a personal style journey. From coaching your team to creating unforgettable experiences for every customer, you’ll be the face of the brand’s retail success.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in managing in senior store management or multi site in ideally apparel
• A natural leader who motivates and inspires others to deliver their best
• A passion for building lasting customer relationships through consultative selling
• A knack for creating a visually stunning store environment
• Strong organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
