Role Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our bathroom and tapware business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing store operations, ensuring efficient and smooth-running processes
• Managing a team of staff, including training, mentoring, and scheduling
• Driving sales and achieving business targets, including developing strategies for business growth
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing expert advice and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service
• Managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are optimized
• Ensuring store standards are met, including product displays and store cleanliness
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors
• Reporting on sales performance, stock levels, and operational issues to senior management
• Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and store policies

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Store Manager with a background in retail, preferably in the building materials, bathroom, or home improvement industries. Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience in retail management, ideally in the bathroom, building materials, or related industries
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A strong understanding of stock management and inventory control
• Ability to meet sales targets and business objectives
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally
• A passion for the industry and delivering a superior customer experience
• A full Australian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
