About the opportunity:
We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the Alice Springs Store! If you have a solid background in automotive, including wheel alignments, suspension, steering & brake components, along with a strong sales and leadership mindset, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead and motivate a small, passionate team to achieve store targets
✔ Manage workshop coordination and ensure efficient operations
✔ Provide top-tier customer service with clear communication and professionalism
✔ Maintain a hands-on approach

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Technician (Cert III preferred) with auto parts and sales knowledge
Proven ability to drive sales & business growth
Strong leadership & team management skills
Excellent time management to handle competing priorities
A genuine passion for the Pedders brand and the automotive industry
