POSITION: Qualified Automotive Mechanic with a leadership attitude

As a qualified Automotive Mechanic at Roadsmart Fleet - Steel River, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles (minor/major servicing)
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues with precision.
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills to guide and motivate fellow team members.
• Upholding a high standard of work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality.
• Paying meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the job
• Maintaining an end-to-end service on all vehicles that includes, tyres, brakes, windscreen wiper, rotations and wheel alignments.

Requirements

• Valid certification as an Automotive Mechanic
• Proven experience conducting fleet maintenance, diagnostic and repairs.
• Strong Leadership skills and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
• Upselling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• High level of self-motivation and a drive to achieve personal and professional goals.

• Rego Check (AIS qualified)
