Qualified Mechanic – Diesel Performance Specialist

Elite Diesel Performance is on the lookout for a Qualified Mechanic to join our growing team on a lifestyle roster that supports genuine work-life balance.

We live and breathe diesel performance and 4WDs — especially American trucks — and we’re chasing someone just as passionate. You’ll be working alongside a young, high-performing team that takes pride in doing things properly, and we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to grow with us.

What We Offer:

4-day, 40-hour work week (lifestyle roster) – that’s right, a long weekend every weekend

Hourly rate between $37–$45 depending on experience

NO weekend work – your time off is yours

Occasional overtime when required

A clean, well-equipped workshop working on some of the best 4WD and touring vehicles in the country

Industry-leading tooling, hub dyno, chassis dyno, and everything you need to do your job properly

A tight-knit, family-run business with a strong team culture and a focus on quality over quantity

What We’re Looking For:

Trade qualified mechanic with excellent diagnostic ability

Tidy, efficient workmanship and strong attention to detail

Able to work autonomously and manage your own jobs

Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Open to learning and developing new skills in performance technology

Passion for 4WDs, diesel tuning and performance upgrades
