About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for fully qualified Motor Mechanic to join our busy team at Lake Macquarie Mechanical, a well-established honest business located in Warners Bay, NSW. As a full-time Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of vehicles from brand new log servicing to resorting old school classics.

What you'll be doing

Conducting scheduled maintenance and servicing on all vehicles.

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical & electrical issues in vehicles

Documenting work performed and maintaining detailed records of vehicle repairs and maintenance

Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations within the workshop

Providing exceptional customer service and communication throughout the repair process

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology or equivalent

Reside in Australia

Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Mechanic.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

A valid driver's licence and your own tools

Rego ticket and EV qualifications highly regarded.
