Service Planner

Join a well-established, family-owned company with a strong 50-year old reputation in heavy earthmoving and haulage. This is an immediate start, full-time, permanent role is based at our Sunshine Coast head office (Caloundra), with some communication with our Mackay branch in central QLD.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with fitters, operators, site personnel, customers, and management.

Schedule and plan servicing for a large fleet of heavy vehicles and machinery.

Organise incoming and outgoing spare parts.

Assist with maintaining safety compliance records.

Accurately enter and manage data.

Stocktake and manage spare parts, consumables, tyres, and lubricants.

Skills & Experience

Parts interpreting experience (especially with heavy earthmoving equipment).

Strong computer skills – Excel, Access, and Fleetmex experience is highly valued.

Highly motivated, organised, and able to work independently while being part of a team.
