Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Fully Qualified Chef with a strong background in Greek cuisine to join our kitchen team. If you’re experienced in preparing traditional Greek dishes and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality Greek dishes in a fast-paced environment

Maintain consistency and presentation of meals

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Assist in menu planning and maintaining food cost control

Manage kitchen stations efficiently during peak hours

Skills & Experience:

Fully qualified chef with professional kitchen experience

Proven experience preparing authentic Greek food

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Passion for food and dedication to creating an exceptional dining experience

Excellent time management and organizational skills

need a minimum of certificate 4 or higher in cookery
