The Role

Managing a small team of groups consultants, you will be responsible for onboarding, training and developing along with ensuring individual and team KPIS are met

You’ll be able to identify areas of additional training needs and undertake performance management of consultants when required.

As a hands on manager, you'll also be confident in managing a range of group sizes and providing exceptional service.

Work closely with senior management and internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
