At Winston Hills Physiotherapy Centre, we are reshaping the health of the local residents, one person at a time. Our vision is to help all 40000 residents of Winston Hills and the surrounding suburbs be Active, Healthy and Happy people.

We are ideally located in a large 200m2 facility, near Winston Hills Mall. We have two physiotherapy treatment areas and private rooms for massage therapy with parking on site or on the street.

Our team of two physios is the most experienced in Winston Hills. We catch up daily to discuss our most complex patients and help each other to develop both professionally and personally.

This role has become available as our current massage therapist is moving towards retirement, and we have an opening for a new remedial massage therapist for anywhere from 20 up to 38 hours per week.

Our friendly and supportive admin team comprises a strong team of two including a dedicated office manager to help you with your needs especially around filling missed appointments and keeping your diary full.

We are the premium physiotherapy and allied health provider in Winston Hills, with a caseload of predominantly private clients who enjoy our physio and massage services, and are prepared to spend the necessary time, effort and money on optimising their health. This is a feature that physios who have come from other clinics often comment on - "the patients come back and they are happy to do what I recommend that they do, which is refreshing!". Our massage prices are amongst the highest in the region meaning you earn the best rate possible.

We have strong connections to local sporting clubs and associations.

The position

As a remedial massage therapist at Winston Hills Physiotherapy Centre this is a casual role, but for the right person we are willing to offer you any hours that may work for you (based on availability of rooms). Currently we have room availability every day from Monday to Saturday except Wednesday. For the right person this role can become permanent after a minimum of 12 months.

Your caseload will be predominantly clients with musculoskeletal pain, and a large proportion of these clients are patients of our existing physios. These clients are not after relaxation massage, they are after remedial massage therapy for injuries, aches and pains.

There is a large caseload of patients who have seen the massage therapist who is finishing up, and these patients can be transitioned to you.

You will do a mix of half hour and one hour appointments, with our massage appointments predominantly one hour.

• You will be paid a percentage of your takings (50-60% including super - one of the highest rates in the industry)
