- Provide high quality customer service and frontline support to all LVCC employees as part of a call centre via telephone and email enquiries.
- Screen telephone calls and triage enquiries to appropriate areas of the centre with escalation of more complex queries to specialist areas.
- Provide administrative functions and confidential administrative support for the centre including, call centre operations, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets,
photocopying, filing activities and taking minutes at various meetings - Provide support to other staff on administrative issues and assist with the preparation of memorandums, reports and correspondence
- Provide support and assistance in the use and maintenance of office communication and technology including photocopiers, printers and computers
- Perform office and call centre opening and closing procedures
- Maintain filing and recording system ensuring the confidentiality of all documentation handled
- Ensure the security of files and appropriate access to the files by relevant staff and approved external agencies
- Undertake archiving of files and records in accordance with legislative requirements
This position involves working shift work on a rotating roster that covers morning and afternoon shifts across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays. You will work an average of 36.25 hours per week over the roster cycle, with shift lengths up to 9.5 hours between the hours of 4am and 8pm. Appropriate remuneration under the relevant Award will apply.
