Inspire and support a small team of skilled therapists, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Offer guidance and clinical supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Collaborate with leadership and management teams to streamline operations and drive exceptional client outcomes.

Play a key role in practice development by driving innovation and expanding services beyond individual therapy sessions.

Visit and support your team across Scribble's sites

About You

With a minimum of 5 years experience as a speech pathologist, you bring valuable expertise to the role.

You are dedicated to client-centered, strengths-based approaches that foster inclusion and active participation.

Your strong communication, leadership, and governance skills equip you to lead effectively and support organisational goals.

The role may suit someone who is seeking a leadership opportunity, with only a part time clinical caseload. The role may lead to clinic management opportunities.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you will need to provide:

Registration with SPA.

Valid Working with Children Check (Employee).

Evidence of Australian working rights.
