A well-established physical retail gold and precious metal boutique company. A strong reputation of customer service & product knowledge. We are looking for a new team member to join our team to buy and sell; gold bullion, silver bullion and scrap jewellery.

THE POSITION

An exciting position is waiting for the successful candidate, with full training provided by our expert staff. The position includes; to serve customers, buy and sell precious metals, guide the customers through the experience, develop trust, confidence and discover their requirements through conversations. Proactiveness, Maths, calculator skills, negotiation skills and speed are a necessity.

SKILLS TO HAVE

•⁠ ⁠Numeracy & Mathematics

•⁠ ⁠Touch typing & basic computer skills

•⁠ ⁠Retail sales or Customer Service skills

•⁠ ⁠Proactiveness, forward thinking, negotiation skills & fast paced

We offer in depth training and benefits. Salary based on experience and performance.

Hours of operation are 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
