The Role:
We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time position as a Storage Consultant, and to join our team in Hervey Bay. Storage Consultants are key to supporting the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service. Our Storage Consultants are involved with several aspects of our operation, including customer sales and service, administrative support, data entry and facility maintenance.

Working hours for the role will be:
Tuesday to Saturday - 37 hours

Office hours
Our business is open 6 days - Monday to Friday 8am - 5.00pm.

Saturdays are 8.00am – 1.00pm and we are closed on Sunday’s and public holidays

What you will need:

Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role with training provided.

Be self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative or with support and direction.

Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks.

Hold a passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic.

Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks.

Goal orientated, results driven and be accountable for your actions.

Have good written and verbal communication skills.

To be able to use and utilise Microsoft software and Facebook.
