We are seeking a Fulltime mechanic to join our family owned business in Polo Flat, Cooma.

About us.

We are a small family owned business in Polo Flat, Cooma that has been servicing Cooma and surrounds for over 5 years.

We pride ourselves on our dedication to providing high-quality workman ship and exceptional customer service.

Our workshop is open Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

Weekend rotating roster

Our business is operated 24.7, with roadside assistance and towing.

What’s we’re looking for.

A skilled mechanic with a proactive attitude and a strong focus on delivering excellent workmanship and customer service. This role will only suit someone who is wanting to work overtime.

We are looking for someone to do Minor/Major repairs in the workshop, assist with roadside assistance and towing - Long and Short distances.

You will be required to be on a rotating roster (flexible)

Qualifications and licensing

Cert ||| motor vehicle repairer

Australian driving licence

MR licence (willing to obtain)

Tow Truck driver certificate (willing to obtain)

What we need from you

A hard & reliable worker.

Ability to perform Minor & Major repairs to all types of vehicle’s.

Ability to use a computer and tablet for our breakdown service

Outstanding customer service as you will be dealing with customer’s on a day to day basis.

Flexible in work hours.

Ability to inspect vehicle’s on the side of the road.

Mechanic services as well as Towing and Roadside assistance.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
