About the Role:

As a key member of our Litigation team, you will:

Provide high-level administrative support to our solicitors, including drafting and formatting legal documents.

Manage court filings, correspondence, and case documentation with precision.

Liaise with clients, barristers, and court personnel professionally and efficiently.

Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.

Assist with billing processes and manage confidential information with discretion.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal in Litigation within a Western Australian law firm.

Proficiency in Office 365, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
