Life Law Solutions is heading north with a soon to be opened office in Rockhampton. To support our senior legal team, we are on the search for an experienced administration team to help us to hit the ground running.
There are two possible roles available:
· Junior Receptionist
· Legal Secretary or Paralegal
The roles would see you providing support to our senior legal team with responsibilities including file management, drafting correspondence, preparation of Court documents and briefs, diary management, billing, liaising with clients and other legal and medical professionals on Independent Children's Law and private Family Law matters. Experience with the Legal Aid Queensland online grants portal is desirable, however not essential.
Requirements
You will need to have:
Previous legal secretarial or paralegal experience, ideally in Family Law;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines;
A high level of attention to detail;
Have a flexible and proactive approach when necessary;
A desire to join in and assist others whilst working within a team environment.
If you are applying for the Junior Receptionist role – this role would suit a school leaver with excellent and consistent customer service experience.
