We believe a law firm involves more than merely handling files; it's about caring for each individual, both within our team and among our clients. As our previous Legal Secretary progresses up to become our newest lawyer a vacancy has now opened up within our team.

Job Responsibilities:
Collaborating with lawyers to prepare legal correspondence, court documents, and briefs.
Organising and maintaining case files, correspondence, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
Establishing effective communication channels with clients, solicitors, and coworkers.
Managing appointments, court hearings, and meetings efficiently and professionally.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal team as needed.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience working as a Legal Secretary within Family Law is essential but Wills and Estate experience a bonus.
Profound understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
Excellent research and analytical skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in utilising legal software and technology.
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Adept at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Professional demeanor, integrity, and alignment with our core company values.
