Are you passionate about empowering future carers and making a difference in the lives of others? We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Trainer & Assessor for Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate IV in Ageing Support at our Brisbane campus.

About the Role:

As a Trainer, you will deliver engaging and high-quality training to students pursuing their Certificate III in Individual Support and Certificate IV in Ageing Support. You'll play a vital role in equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to provide compassionate, effective support to seniors in aged care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and assess the above listed qualifications.

Create an inclusive, supportive, and interactive learning environment.

Provide one-on-one support, guidance, and mentorship to students as needed.

Ensure training and assessments meet compliance standards and align with industry requirements.

Stay updated with current trends in aged care and incorporate best practices into training.

Selection Criteria:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or higher.

Relevant qualifications in Individual Support and Ageing Support or a related field.

Minimum 2 experience working within the aged care sector.

Passion for teaching and mentoring, with strong communication skills.

Understanding of current industry standards and compliance in aged care.

Days / Hours of work:

MON- FRI - 9am until 5pm ( on site training on Tuesday and Wed)
