About the role

Kondalilla Eco Resort is seeking a casual Housekeeper to join our team in Flaxton, Queensland. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming stay. This is a casual position, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas and other assigned spaces to the highest standard

Replenishing linens, toiletries and other room amenities

Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

Providing excellent customer service to our guests

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, ideally within the hospitality industry

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently

Good communication and customer service skills

A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach

Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry throughout the day
