Your Duties:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with high end investors and landlords
• Conduct Exits only, no entries
• Coordinating repairs & maintenance
• Managing arrears
• Performing rent and lease reviews

About You:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in Property Management
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional presentation and a reliable work ethic
• Valid driver’s licence
