You’ll be across a $29M multi-residential build in the Glen Waverly.
69 luxury apartments over 5 levels (plus 2-level basement), with standout features including a rooftop terrace, gym, and sauna.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience running apartment projects of similar scale

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of full project lifecycle

Confident leading a site team, managing client relationships, and making calls under pressure

Available to start ASAP – this project is ready to go
