About the role:

Auslink Transportation P/L are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to

join our team and support the creation of a productive work environment that aligns with our

organizational growth to manage the workforce which include independent contractors.

Job Specification

Develop and implement HR strategies to meet business objectives, including talent

management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Provide advice and assistance to management staff on the implementation of

recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

Represent the organization in negotiations with employees, unions, and external

stakeholders.

Develop and implement safe work practices and ensure compliance with relevant laws

and regulations.

Manage employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and training expenses.

Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee

engagement and well-being.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources with 3 years’ experience in Human

Resources/Employee Relations in a management role, and in reputed organisation/s

and/or

Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Management with 5 years working

experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations in a management role, and in

reputed organisation/s.

Person Specification

Extensive knowledge of human resource management principles, practices, and

relevant employment laws.

Excellent communication skills in English language (both writing and speaking),

good communication skills in Sinhala & Tamil languages are essential.

Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and

multitask effectively.
