🚨 We’re Hiring: Recruiter - Allied Health
📍 Remote (ideally Sydney-based) | Full-time or Part-time considered (4 days/week or school hours considered)

Off the back of strong and sustained growth, Healthproof is expanding and we’re looking for a talented Recruiter to help us scale our team of exceptional Allied Health professionals.

We’re a purpose-led startup providing mobile allied health services, and this role is all about finding the right people before they even start looking. You’ll lead passive recruitment efforts, sourcing speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and other allied health clinicians who want to make real impact.

Remote-first role, with occasional travel but we’re specifically seeking someone Sydney-based, who brings local market insight and existing connections to Allied Health professionals, especially Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists

Flexibility matters: we’re open to part-time arrangements, whether that’s 4 days a week or school/daycare hours or full-time for the right candidate

There’s long-term scope to broaden into generalist HR, but for now it’s all about finding and attracting talent

🎯 We’re looking for someone who has:

Proven experience recruiting in Allied Health, ideally in mobile service delivery

A love of passive sourcing – finding great people through networks, insight and hustle

A creative and strategic approach to passive sourcing and social media recruitment

Confidence running end-to-end recruitment independently

A love of autonomy and the agility that comes with startup life things move quickly here, and your ideas will shape the way forward
