About The Role

Storr & Co is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be on a Monday-Friday full time basis.

In this role you will act as the first point of contact for our business with the responsibility of assisting our clients with their enquiries and providing high quality administrative support for our staff. A successful candidate will be able to support the day to day operations of our office including general administration, greeting clients, assisting our accountants where required and working alongside our principal accountant.

Key Responsibilities Include

Greeting clients in the office and handling client enquires both over the phone and via email

Paperless document management

Lodgement of tax documents with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

Diary and meeting management for our principal accountant

Preparation of outgoing mail and distribution of incoming mail

Managing petty cash and reconciliation

Liaising with the ATO to assist with client enquiries

Corporate secretarial services

Office maintenance, including ordering office stationary and kitchen supplies

Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in an administration position

Qualification in business administration is desirable

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with our clientele

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal

Computer literacy skills - MS Office & data entry
