About the Role

This position is responsible for developing CRM modules and integrations within an existing Dynamics 365 instance, supporting various stages of the regulatory compliance process. You'll be part of an agile, multidisciplinary team, enhancing CRM capabilities and driving user-centred digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CRM modules and workflows based on user stories and requirements
• Customise dashboards, layouts, and interfaces for optimal user experience
• Configure data integrations with systems like Azure SQL, TechOne, and Dataverse
• Implement CRM security models, access controls, and permissions
• Contribute to agile development and maintain technical documentation
• Support data migrations and continuous delivery through Azure DevOps

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Hands-on integration skills using Azure, Dataverse APIs, and Power Automate
• Strong .NET, C#, and ASP.Net development experience
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, source control, and deployment tools
• Ability to manage tasks and workflows in Azure DevOps and SharePoint Online
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams

Australian Citizenship & the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
