About the Role
A well respected Federal Government department are seeking experienced CRM Developers to join a dynamic team. You'll support regulatory compliance by developing robust CRM solutions, integrating multiple systems, and improving user experiences within the existing Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop CRM modules and workflows based on documented user stories and requirements.
• Integrate CRM with Azure SQL, TechOne finance system, and departmental data platforms.
• Customize CRM interfaces for enhanced user experience.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary agile project teams.
• Maintain accurate and thorough technical documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Proven Dynamics 365 development and configuration expertise.
• Skilled in configuring CRM workflows, dashboards, and security models.
• Experience with data migrations, including scripting.
• Azure Service Bus, Dataverse API, and Power Automate.
• ASP.NET, .NET framework, and C# development.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for source control, builds, and deployments.
• Familiarity with task management tools like Azure DevOps and SharePoint Online.
