About the Role

We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Full Time Trainee Reservations Agent to join our team, reporting directly to the Reservations Manager. This role is ideal for someone keen to grow their career in the Hospitality industry, with room for growth within the Reservations Team or other departments. You will be responsible for answering reservation enquiries, data entry and for providing prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations and information.

Skills and Experience

Effective communication and sales skills

Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and verbal & written communication

Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role

Hospitality, travel or tourism course qualifications regarded favourably

Familiarity with Opera PMS, or Opera Cloud is ideal, but not required
