The Good Crowd has partnered with a full-service creative and media agency that’s reshaping how brands connect with customers, and they’re on the hunt for a curious, strategic, and technically savvy Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join the team in Sydney.
This is more than just a dashboard-building gig. You’ll be the architect behind the insights - designing systems, building integrations, and telling powerful stories with data that drives decision-making across campaigns, platforms, and business units.

What do you need?
- 5+ years of experience in marketing data analytics or marketing science
- Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and data flows using tools like PowerBI, Looker Studio, and Adobe Analytics
- Confidence with SQL and Python for deeper analysis and automation
- Experience with API integrations, ETL processes, and tools like Supermetrics, Funnel, and Bigdatr
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- A strong grasp of digital marketing metrics — CTR, CPA, ROI, conversion rates
- Excellent storytelling and visualisation skills — you can bring data to life
- A collaborative mindset and an ability to influence at a strategic level
- Bonus points for experience in an agency setting or the automotive industry

Design and deliver data solutions that align with broader marketing goals
Lead the development of scalable analytics architecture across platforms
Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for internal teams and clients
Connect the dots between strategy, media, and digital to enhance the customer journey
Build automation pipelines and streamline how data is gathered and used
Guide the team on how data can inform and improve creative and media decisions
Act as a thought leader in marketing science across the agency
