About the Role

This role sits within the ICT Networks & Infrastructure Platforms section, supporting daily operations and delivering key ICT projects. You'll manage secure networks and telephony systems, provide high-level support across business applications, and ensure efficient and secure communication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provision and support of protected, official, and unofficial networks across platforms
• Administer and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions
• Manage telephony and video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams and Cisco)
• Provide third-level ICT support across a range of business-critical applications
• Maintain secure internet access and ensure network performance and reliability
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust ICT solutions

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPNs, and internet protocols
• Proven experience with Cisco technologies, firewalls, and load balancers
• Skilled in network design, troubleshooting, and administration in complex environments
• Hands-on experience with Citrix, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, and Azure networking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with technical teams
• Demonstrated capacity for independent problem solving and analytical thinking

Australian Citizenship & the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
