About the role

Stable Home Care is seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in Tweed Heads, NSW. This is a part-time position that will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate client records and updating information in our database

Scheduling and coordinating client appointments and visits

Assisting with the administration of client care plans and service delivery

Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Providing general administrative support to the wider care team

Maintaining our Social Media presence

What we're looking for

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a compassionate and professional manner

Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills

Proficient in using computer software, client management systems and social media applications

Experience in a similar client-facing administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or community services sector

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required

Must be available on Wednesdays
