What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing administrative and operational support across multiple teams
  • Managing data entry, reporting, and maintaining document systems using EAMS
  • Managing internal communications, general inquiries, and external correspondence with stakeholders
  • Supporting ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance business processes

About You:

You're a confident, solutions-focused professional with a strong ability to engage others, even in challenging situations. You're highly organised, tech-savvy, and driven to make things better.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Office Administration
  • Experience using asset management systems (e.g. EAMS)
  • Proven success supporting facilities management or infrastructure teams
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook

What you'll need:

  • A valid Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
