Sales Manager – Digital Advertising & Local SEO

As part of our continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow our high-performing sales team of up to 20 staff, based in our Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day management of a dynamic outbound sales team

Set and monitor performance targets across individuals and the team

Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, training sessions, and performance reviews

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives

Ensure full CRM adoption and pipeline discipline (Salesforce experience highly regarded)

Implement and improve sales strategies aligned with company targets

Work cross-functionally with internal departments to deliver on customer and company goals

Be responsible for the HR management of the team including leave and welfare

About You

Minimum 2+ years of sales management experience in a target-driven environment

Proven experience coaching and mentoring high-performing sales professionals

Strong commercial acumen and ability to implement process improvements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
