Location: Fly In Fly Out to Mining Area C (FIFO)
Roster: 8 Days on / 6 Days off - 7 Nights on / 7 days off
Shift: Alternating swings (1 week of dayshift, 1 week of nightshift)

Position Overview:
As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in the effective operation of our Crushing Plant. Your expertise will ensure the smooth running of our production site, contributing to overall efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the crushing plant via the control room and mobile equipment.

Perform plant hosing and clean-up as directed by the Production Supervisor.

Operate additional mobile equipment (e.g., bobcat, loader) as required.

Conduct minor maintenance and complete equipment inspection check sheets.

Control and operate the crushing plant, including inspections and checks of equipment.

Record plant operating parameters and relevant information on crusher log sheets.

Participate in regular maintenance activities for the plant.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a production environment preferred.

Strong commitment to safety and operational standards.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Excellent communication skills.
