Family Support Specialist – Empower Families, Make a Difference!

Based in Liverpool, on the lands of the Cabrogal People

Full-time, max-term until June 2026

$80,000 per annum + 11.5% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

Are you passionate about supporting families of children with disabilities and developmental delays? At Each, we’re looking for a Family Support Specialist to help families navigate the NDIS and maximise the support available for their child’s growth and development.

What You’ll Do:

Provide ongoing check-ins and plan reassessments to ensure families receive the right support.

Empower families to confidently manage and implement their child’s NDIS plan.

Help set and review individualised goals based on family priorities.

Maintain accurate records, complete administrative tasks, and use IT systems effectively.

Offer compassionate guidance during challenging conversations.

About You:

Exceptional customer service and a family-centred approach.

Strong communication skills to simplify complex information.

Experience in early childhood education, administration, or customer service.

Knowledge of the NDIS and a passion for supporting families.

Tech-savvy with the ability to use online systems and telehealth tools.
