The Opportunity:

We are ready to hire a new Recruiter for our office by the beach in Manly.

Kappa Executive Search has been operating since 2012 and we have a strong market presence, and an established client network, within the construction consultancy space. Right now, we are looking for a motivated, committed and professional individual to initially manage existing accounts, and then gradually develop new business.

Our system is set up to ensure our new team member can grow & develop and is rewarded along the way, with uncapped earning potential and attractive incentives for high performance.

To be successful in this role:

Possess previous experience in recruitment or related sales environment.

You will need strong communication and presentation skills, along with a high level of emotional intelligence

Be ambitious with an internal drive to succeed
