We are about to enter our 12th year of specialist sales recruitment so we must be doing something right. In fact, we do a lot more right than most other companies. It was realized early on that our people are everything. You know all those empowering posts on linked in? We don’t post on linked in about our amazing workplace, we just give it to our people without any fuss.

We could fill up the whole ad with the extras we give to our people but there must be something left to talk about in the discussion with you. (It’s a meeting not an interview)
THE ROLE
This is sales, make no mistake about it. None of us were recruiters prior so we now how to transform you into a top recruiter. You will be doing what we all did, building your base of clients in a unique business model that is perfectly suited to the current market. It is clear most of your time will be on the phone or in video discussions. (The world has changed). In the 1st year it is highly probable you will be in a business development role, and it will evolve as you build repeat customers. By the time you get into your 3rd year you will probably be at least 60% (or more) account management. You will be managing both clients (companies) and applicants (candidates). Don’t worry we will give you more support and training than you would ever expect (and possibly need). All training is tailored to you, so we are not going to smother you. Once you are up and running you will have complete freedom to work at home or the office in whatever split you want. Some of our people turn up to the office once a fortnight or so, others just prefer the office and are there every day. You day will consist of talking to people. Talking with people, organizing people, marketing people, rescheduling people. It’s all about people.
ABOUT YOU
There are some fundamental attributes you must have to be successful in this role and with us. Firstly, you must have business to business sales experience and preferably in a phone based, solution-oriented environment. From there it is all about your personality…
