About the role

CHS Broadbent is seeking experienced Grain Handlers to join our team at our Jondaryan site with an immediate start. The role is important to the operations of our grain handling and storage facility, responsible for the efficient and safe processing of our grain to the required standards.

What you'll be doing

Operating grain handling machinery and equipment to receive, store, and load out grain.

Conducting quality checks and monitoring grain and product condition throughout the handling process

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to ensure a safe and compliant workplace

Collaborating with the wider team communicating site requirements to our drivers.

What we're looking for

Experience in a grain handling or similar agricultural operations role

Familiarity in the use of grain handling equipment and machinery

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and records

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Commitment to safety and compliance

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Flexibility is paramount role requires additional hours during our peak periods
