The Role
This role offers a dynamic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across our Residential Aged Care facilities, Home Care clients, and Community Centre programs. The position is designed to ensure the continuity and quality of physiotherapy services across these settings, working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team focused on maximising function, independence, and wellbeing.
The Physiotherapist will provide direct clinical support to maintain and enhance physiotherapy service delivery, including assessments, tailored treatment plans, and evidence-based interventions. In the community center setting, this role will include hands-on treatment for clients attending wellness and re-enablement programs, group classes, and 1:1 interventions aimed at promoting mobility, reducing pain, and preventing decline.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with Allied Health Assistants, care teams, and other health professionals to ensure seamless service provision, timely communication, and optimal outcomes for clients across the care continuum.
This role is based in our Epping Head Office, however ad-hoc travel will be required to our Clinical sites.
Requirements
Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) - new graduate's welcome
Demonstrates experience in delivering physiotherapy services across various clinical settings
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams
Is committed to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
Values collaboration and actively contributes to a positive team culture
Australian citizens or applicants with permanent residency
