Job Title: Heat Press Operator & Production Assistant
Location: Slacks Creek, Queensland
Job Type: Casual with options for full time. Approximately 25-35 hours per week.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heat Press Operator & Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heat press equipment to apply graphics to garments and other substrates

Assist with general production tasks including weeding, trimming, and garment prep

Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring alignment, placement, and finish meet standards

Maintain clean and organized workspaces and equipment

Assist with packing, labelling, and order preparation

Support other areas of production as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience with heat pressing or garment decoration is preferred

High attention to detail and quality assurance

Good time management and ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Physically capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks

Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
