We are currently seeking a General Labourer & Warehouse staff

The ideal candidate will be pro-active, self driven & would like to join a large team working in a clean & modern workshop.

We are looking for motivated people to conduct accessory fitting and general RV assembling as well as a competent stores person. We run a fast paced and exciting environment with clear build processes and training. We are looking for staff with experience in the Caravan/Camper Trailer industry who is looking for a challenging role. Must be able to work alone and take direction from senior team members..

Familiarity in the direct caravan assembly would be ideal-but not essential, though hourly rates are dependent on experience.

The position is full-time employment, 6:00am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday and is based at Caloundra, QLD

Tasks & responsibilities

Fitting External & Internal Accessories to our campers & caravans

Assisting with pre-delivery operational checklists

Assisting with repairs and general maintenance.

Silicon work

Ensuring all new and used caravans are immaculately detailed and ready for delivery, display, and industry shows

Move and organize raw materials, tools, and finished parts to appropriate areas of the manufacturing floor

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and production areas, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely to carry out specific tasks like cutting, sanding, or shaping materials.

Opportunity to setup for Caravan & Camping Shows

Unloading of shipping container with forklift ticket being an advantage

Warehousing duty's and purchasing

Qualifications & experience

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment an advantage.

Ability to safely use hand and power tools.

Basic knowledge of RV components and materials an advantage.

Good physical fitness, as the role requires manual handling and standing for long periods.

Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Commitment to workplace health and safety standards.

Bust have reliable transport to work
